Promise Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to train and mentor Diploma, BCA, BSc IT, MCA, and Engineering students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals and practical teaching skills to guide students in programming, databases, and frontend development.
Required Skills
- Strong Programming Fundamentals (C, C++, Java, Python)
- Database Knowledge (SQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server)
- Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap)
- Basic knowledge of React.js or modern frontend frameworks
- Good understanding of project development and practical implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training sessions to students
- Prepare and update training content, assignments, and practical exercises
- Guide students on live projects and internships
- Conduct assessments and track student progress
- Help students improve technical and problem-solving skills
- Support students in interview preparation and placement readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred
- Industry experience will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
