Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Address client concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Operations Management, Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
