Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, pitching our product, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
Sales Execution: Pitch the product effectively over calls or video meetings and close deals remotely.
Online Product Demos: Deliver engaging and informative online demos to prospects, highlighting key product features and benefits.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Handling Objections: Address customer concerns, answer queries, and overcome objections to close sales.
Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B Sales).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Self-Motivation: Driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation software.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is required.
