Role Objective
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, create reports, derive insights from data, and support decision-making processes. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world business analysis, reporting, stakeholder communication, and data-driven problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from internal teams and clients.
- Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support data collection, validation, and analysis activities.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data.
- Participate in requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions.
Data Analytics & Visualization
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Work with Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports and performance tracking dashboards.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
Process Improvement
- Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Document workflows, business processes, and project requirements.
- Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and technology teams.
- Participate in client meetings and internal review discussions.
- Support ongoing projects through research, reporting, and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Data Analysis).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of business processes and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Mandatory Certification
- Power BI Certification (Completed or Pursuing)
