Key responsibilities:
- Generate admissions and contribute to revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets.
- Plan and execute Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities such as school seminars, open seminars in towns, and residential outreach programs.
- Conduct regular school visits to meet principals, coordinators, and management teams for business development and institutional tie-ups.
- Counsel students and parents through home visits, ensuring a delightful customer experience and successful admission closures.
- Convert new and qualified leads into confirmed admissions through effective selling, up-selling, and cross-selling of the company’s education courses.
- Build and capitalize on local business opportunities by liaising with tuition teachers and coaching centers.
- Maintain and update student and lead information in the system for efficient lead management and timely follow-ups.
- Attend regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales skills to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, policies, and compliance standards at all times.
