About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Jewellery Merchandiser who can drive merchandise planning, buying, vendor management, product development, assortment planning and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with Design, Production, Sourcing, Retail and E-commerce teams to build commercially successful jewellery collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan merchandise assortment across categories.
- Drive new product development from concept to launch.
- Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, sampling and production follow-ups.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Analyze customer behaviour, sales trends and competitor insights.
- Own merchandise buying based on demand forecasting and business performance.
- Manage inventory, replenishment and stock movement across stores.
- Monitor SKU performance, sell-through, ageing and returns.
- Work with Design, Production, Marketing, Retail and E-commerce teams.
- Prepare MIS, merchandising reports and business recommendations.
- Support pricing, promotions and seasonal launches.
- Identify assortment gaps and recommend new collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years in Jewellery Merchandising.
- Experience in Buying, Vendor Management and Product Development.
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing and sourcing.
- Expertise in Assortment Planning, Inventory Planning and Replenishment.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to analyze SKU performance, sales data and market trends.
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
