Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the car cleaning and detailing team to ensure all services meet premium quality standards.
- Manage daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction, especially for premium membership clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area while ensuring proper discipline and operational efficiency.
- Safely drive, handle, and park luxury, premium, and high-end automatic vehicles with the highest level of care.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, productivity, and performance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with management and submit daily operational updates and reports.
- Ensure company SOPs and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Driving License (Mandatory).
- Must be confident in driving automatic and luxury cars.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Site Incharge, or in Car Detailing/Car Wash operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Willing to work in a field-based operational role.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
