We are hiring a Relationship Manager who can build hiring partnerships with BPO companies, BFSI organizations, banks, and NBFCs. The candidate will be responsible for corporate tie-ups, client handling, and trainee placements.
Responsibilities
- Generate hiring partnerships with BPO & BFSI companies
- Build contacts with banks and financial institutions
- Coordinate with HR teams for hiring requirements
- Help place BFSI trainees into companies
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Maintain professional corporate communication
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong networking and client-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of BPO/BFSI sector
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
