Core Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Communication: Handle telephone calls, take messages, and route queries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the reception area, manage, sort, and distribute mail, and perform data entry or filing.
- Office Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and manage calendars for management or conference areas.
- Security & Safety: Issue visitor badges, monitor employee entry, and follow safety procedures.
- Inventory & Records: Keep inventory of office supplies, place orders as needed, and update records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
