Manage and maintain customer database and records.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Follow up with leads, clients, and existing customers regularly.
Coordinate with sales and support teams for customer requirements.
Update CRM software with customer interactions and sales activities.
Track lead status, conversions, and customer engagement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Send reminders, quotations, invoices, and follow-up emails/messages.
Maintain proper documentation and communication records.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and customer handling.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
