About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Executive who has strong experience in managing paid advertising campaigns for D2C and e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms while delivering measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube)
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and ROI.
- Develop media buying strategies for D2C and e-commerce brands.
- Create audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and client servicing teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement scaling strategies.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Mentor junior performance marketers and review campaign execution.

- Excellent understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
- Experience with Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and server-side tracking.
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and campaign attribution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling D2C and E-commerce brands.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹10 Lakhs+.
- Experience with Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
- Hands-on experience in scaling profitable campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing integrations is an added advantage.
