e are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and execute PEB and RCC construction projects. The role involves planning, execution, client coordination, quality assurance, budget control, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of PEB and RCC projects.
- Plan project schedules, resources, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings.
- Review structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Monitor project costs, contractor billing, and material utilization.
- Prepare progress reports and resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PEB and RCC construction.
- Experience in project planning, site execution, and contract management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
