Job Requirements
CNC Machine Setter cum operator:
- Responsible for Setting and part prove out in CNC Machines
- Quality inspection and Control to maintained as per drawing
- Rejection control and root cause analysis
- Maintaining the MOS (Manufacturing Operation Sheet) documents
- Driving for Safety requirement for the Cell and follow HIRA requirements
- Self-audit for 6S Maintaining for the CELL / M/c group
- Updation of daily checklist for the machine.
- Technical Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting activities for the machine Group
- Responsible for daily output
- Internal turn back analysis for NC parts.
- Notifications for Service departments
- Preplanning for upcoming Settings
- Responsible for updating of Actuals through setting data Sheet/BOM.
- Responsible for On the Training for New Joiners / Trainees.
- Working along with Engineering to prove the First Bulk or FAI parts
Work Experience
4-7 - Having experience in CNC machine operations, Programming and Setting.
5 Axis Machine operations
Diploma Mechanical , Automobile, Tool & Die, Production engineering
CNC machine operations, Programming and Setting.
- GD&T and drawing interpretation.
- Problem solving techniques.
