Job Summary
MediaTechTemple is hiring Marathi-speaking Telecallers for a remote opportunity in the automobile sector. The role involves outbound calling, customer engagement, and data collection for feedback and service promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers in Marathi
- Clearly communicate service information and gather customer feedback
- Accurately update call outcomes in the system
- Meet daily calling targets and maintain call quality standards
- Follow scripts and training guidelines provided by the team
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in Marathi (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of Hindi or English is a plus
- Own a Personal Computer or Laptop
- Broadband Internet Connection (minimum speed: 80–100 Mbps)
- USB Headset/Headphones for clear communication
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service will be an advantage
