Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven candidates for the position of Tele Sales Executive in the personal loan/financial services domain. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with customers, and closing loan sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain personal loan products and features
- Generate and convert leads into successful applications
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with backend team for file processing and disbursement
- Maintain good customer relationship and service quality
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of loans/finance (preferred)
- Confident in handling customer calls
- Sales/target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
