We are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys concept creation, detailed design development, material selection, and translating ideas into drawings and models.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer in:
- Concept development
- Design development
- Mood boards and material selections
- Prepare 3D models, renderings, and working drawings as required
- Act as a second-level design point of contact for clients for regular inputs and coordination
- Prepare meeting notes and communicate action points clearly with internal teams and consultants
- Conduct site visits for:
- Design clarifications
- Quality checks during execution
- Resolving design-related site issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional experience, primarily in residential projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Design thinking
- Material sensibility
- Technical detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)
- Knowledge of tools such as Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar is an added advantage
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and residential execution standards
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and skill level)
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (walkable distance from metro station)
