About Job:
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Franchise - Network / Business Expansion Manager to drive our company's growth.
In this role, you will be contribute your skills for driving corporate growth by onboarding new franchise partners in assigned market.
Job Location: Chennai
Exp: 8 -12 years
Education: Any UG / PG - (MBA Marketing Preferred)
Language: Fluency in English, Hindi
Core Responsibilities:
1. Driving the team to onbaord franchise partners in assigned location
2. Pitching franchise business models to the market.
3. Closing the deal and successfully onboarding them as official franchise partners while ensuring strict alignment with our brand values.
Key Areas:
- Lead the entire onboarding life cycle, from initial pitch to final contract signing.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure operational success.
- Educate partners on internal software, Portal operations, and customer relationship management.

- Business Model presentation
- Negotiation
- Preferred Candidates Background: Franchise appointing or onboarding / Investor acquisition / Channel partner appointing / Distribution Network expansion
- Preferred Industry Background: Edutech, Telcom, DSA (Loans, Mutual Funds,Credit card) / E- commerce - Merchant Onboarding.
