Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire projects from platforms like Upwork (formerly Odesk), Elance, Freelancer, Guru, and FiverrCreate proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with clients
Communicate with international clients via chat, email
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical teamAchieve monthly sales targets and revenue goalsMaintain records of leads, bids, and conversions
