We’re Hiring: Business Operations Lead

Insighte is a child development organisation supporting children, families and schools through neurodiversity-affirming services.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Business Operations Lead who enjoys building systems, creating clarity and helping teams execute consistently.
This is not a role focused only on managing people or maintaining existing processes.
It is for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working across departments, improving processes and ensuring that important decisions translate into measurable action.
What you will lead
- The organisation’s day-to-day operating rhythm across Service Operations, HR, CRM, Finance and Administration.
- Business dashboards, management reporting and weekly and monthly operating reviews.
- Cross-functional coordination across client onboarding, therapist allocation, service delivery, billing and collections.
- Process improvement, automation, SOP development and operational controls.
- Revenue operations, collection visibility, utilisation tracking and identification of revenue leakage.
- Closure of operational escalations, dependencies and leadership action items.
- A culture of ownership, accountability, disciplined execution and follow-through.
You will work closely with the COO, Founder, Clinical Leadership and functional teams to help build an organisation that is scalable, financially disciplined and operationally excellent.
Who we are looking for
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 5–8 years of experience in business operations, service operations or programme operations.
- Have led cross-functional projects or operating teams in a growing organisation.
- Are comfortable working with dashboards, business metrics, revenue, collections and performance data.
- Can bring structure to complex and rapidly changing situations.
- Are confident following up with multiple stakeholders and driving matters to closure.
- Combine attention to detail with strong commercial and organisational judgement.
- Are proficient in spreadsheets and familiar with CRM, ERP, workflow or project-management tools.
Experience in healthcare, education, clinics, hospitality, staffing or another people-intensive service business will be valuable.
More than a specific industry background, we are looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware, systems-oriented and disciplined about execution.
