Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments/sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in EdTech sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
