Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and configuration within Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
- Familiarity with data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation in the context of Power Apps.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain optimal performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
