Position Summary
The General Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales performance, overseeing operational excellence, and ensuring successful execution of real estate projects and customer transactions. The role requires strategic leadership, team management, business development expertise, and operational control to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual and monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across projects and locations.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Drive channel partner, broker, and corporate sales programs.
- Ensure effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Conduct sales reviews and forecasting for management reporting.
Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operational activities related to project sales, customer onboarding, documentation, and handover processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, CRM, finance, legal, and project teams.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor project timelines and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Address escalated customer concerns and resolve critical issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
- Strengthen post-sales engagement and referral programs.
Business Planning & Strategy
- Participate in strategic planning and annual budgeting.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Recommend pricing, product positioning, and sales promotion strategies.
- Support management in business expansion and investment decisions.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Financial & Compliance Management
- Monitor sales collections and cash-flow targets.
- Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and other applicable legal requirements.
- Manage operational budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and management presentations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Real estate certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 12–18+ years of experience in real estate sales and operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
- Experience handling residential, commercial, plotted development, or mixed-use projects.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
