About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and prior experience in the Gold Loan industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day branch operations.
Drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.
Monitor branch performance and prepare operational reports.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and service-related concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to improve branch profitability.
Requirements
Minimum experience in the Gold Loan industry is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve business targets and drive branch performance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage branch operations independently.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
