We are looking for a Civil Engineer with proven HMDA Layout Execution Experience.
(HMDA LAYOUT EXECUTION ONLY)

STRICT REQUIREMENT:
- Must be a Civil Engineer (Diploma/B.Tech Civil).
- Must have minimum 5+ years of experience exclusively in HMDA/DTCP Layout Development Projects.
- Must have independently executed multiple HMDA layouts from site development stage to completion.
- Freshers are strictly not eligible.

- ✔ Kerb Stone Installation
- ✔ Footpath Development
- ✔ Plot Demarcation & Layout Measurements
- ✔ Coordination with Survey Teams
- ✔ Monitoring Contractors & Site Activities
- ✔ Complete End-to-End HMDA Layout Execution

- Currently executing HMDA Layout Ventures at Nadergul within GHMC Limits.
- Only candidates who have previously worked on HMDA Layout Projects and can independently handle layout execution should apply.
