Experience
- Typically 5–10 years of experience in commercial vehicle finance, vehicle loans, banking, NBFCs, or related financial services.
- Experience managing a branch, sales team, or dealer network is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets for commercial vehicle loans.
- Generate business through dealers, direct sourcing, DSAs, brokers, and market referrals.
- Expand the customer base for new and used commercial vehicle financing.
- Identify opportunities in trucking, logistics, fleet operators, and transport businesses.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers, manufacturers, and channel partners.
- Manage key customer accounts and fleet owners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and monitor branch sales and operations teams.
- Set performance goals and review team productivity regularly.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture within the branch.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
