Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital presence and drive brand growth across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, overseeing content creation, and driving audience engagement through innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brandvisibility and growth.
● Lead and manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding andengagement.
● Plan, create, and oversee high-quality content including reels, carousels, videos,podcasts, blogs, and other digital assets.
● Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
● Drive lead generation, audience growth, and community engagement throughorganic and paid digital initiatives.
● Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
● Coordinate with internal teams, designers, videographers, and external agencies todeliver impactful campaigns.
● Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging digital marketingpractices.
● Develop influencer marketing, partnership, and brand collaboration strategies.
● Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for market expansion.
● Prepare performance reports and present key insights and recommendations toleadership.Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and contentstrategy.
● Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emergingsocial platforms.
● Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, analytics tools, and performance marketing.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
● Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior and digitaltrends.
