Delivery Manager (PL822)
We are seeking a Delivery Manager (Full-Time / FTE) to lead delivery for a strategic enterprise client engagement within the consulting sector. This role is accountable for driving end-to-end delivery across complex application landscapes and multi-technology environments, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, operational excellence, and client expectations.
You will lead a distributed, cross-functional team within a structured governance model while acting as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders. The role is ideally based in Hyderabad, with occasional on-site client visits.
Key Accountabilities
Delivery Leadership, Application Ownership & Governance

Lead delivery across enterprise applications and multi-technology stacks, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Establish and drive delivery governance, plans, milestones, and communication cadence.

Manage cross-technology dependencies (applications, data, infrastructure, integrations).

Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely and clear escalation.
KPI / Performance Management & Reporting

Drive delivery performance across SLAs, quality, timeliness, and responsiveness.

Implement structured, data-driven reporting to enable transparency and continuous improvement.

Communicate delivery status, risks, and outcomes clearly to client and internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management (Client + Internal)

Act as a trusted advisor bridging business and technology teams.

Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity, and decision-making.

Facilitate discussions across applications and multiple technology domains, managing expectations and outcomes.
Team Leadership & Resource Coordination

Lead and mentor cross-functional, multi-technology teams across development, support, and engineering.

Drive accountability, performance management, and team development.

Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation across time zones.

Ensure seamless execution and Tier 2 support coverage with strong ownership and handoffs.
Requirements

10+ years of experience in delivery management within technology consulting or professional services (project/program/delivery leadership).

Proven experience delivering across enterprise applications and multi-technology ecosystems (e.g., web, cloud, APIs, data platforms, integrations).

Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams in Agile or hybrid environments.

Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, production support, and incident/problem management.

Excellent leadership, ownership, and executive-level communication skills.

Strong discipline in planning, governance, reporting, and escalation management.

Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide teams across diverse technology stacks.

Experience leveraging AI tools to improve team productivity, streamline support processes, and enhance delivery efficiency is an asset.

Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an asset. The role involves oversight of ticket-driven workflows (incidents, changes), and training will be provided

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, APIs).

Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or SRE practices.

Experience in regulated or enterprise environments with strong audit and process rigor.

Location, Travel & Work Model
This role requires alignment with a Tier 2 support window (12 PM – 9 PM IST) for application support (bug fixes, patches, enhancements). Flexibility to work late IST hours is essential.
