What You'll Do
As part of Mantara's founding growth team, you will:
- Build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, Builders and Premium Retail Partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Identify emerging markets and develop expansion strategies.
- Represent Mantara at client meetings, design events and industry exhibitions.
- Build long-term partnerships instead of one-time transactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend premium solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Leadership teams.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Help shape sales strategies that influence the future direction of the company.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction to project completion.
Preferred Experience
- 0-4 years in Business Development, Sales or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Comfortable engaging with architects, designers, business owners and senior decision-makers
- Passion for creating long-term client relationships.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
