Site-In-charge for all MEP descipines like electrical, plumbing, Hvac and Fire. Resident engineer, working for PMC company. Work experience in building construction, Commercial & Residential projects. Coordinating contractors jobs and following architectural drawings and MEP consultant drawings. Site supervision, and reporting to project manager. Key aspects are below,
- Supervised on-site MEP installations to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings and safety codes.
- Coordinated daily site activities between civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to resolve clashes.
- Managed subcontractors and reviewed contractor submittals, method statements, and material samples
Good in Autocad, MS office. Good communication skills, Good documentation skills
BE or Polytechnic in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
