Job Summary
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and sourcing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Obtain quotations, conduct price negotiations, and finalize purchase orders.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company procedures.
- Prepare purchase reports, MIS, and vendor performance analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, and Vendor Management.
- Experience in price negotiations and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–8 Years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in handling multiple vendors and procurement categories.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong vendor network and sourcing capabilities.
- Ability to manage procurement timelines and cost optimization initiatives.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and procurement analytics.
Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
