Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced laboratory tests and experiments with minimal supervision.
- Assist in designing and optimizing protocols for research or quality testing.
- Supervise and train junior lab technicians and interns.
- Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring timely completion of tests.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments; troubleshoot technical issues.
- Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of procedures and results.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO standards).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Tele -calling staff, Phlebotomist, Clinical staff).
- Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies, chemicals, and reagents.
- Participate in internal and external audits or inspections.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- MLT / DMLT/PGDMLT
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on laboratory experience, with a proven track record of working independently in NABL Laboratory.
