Job Summary
Orane International is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with a recruitment consultancy and be well-versed in the complete recruitment lifecycle. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
· Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
· Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
· Update recruitment trackers and maintain candidate records.
· Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
· Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
· Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Eligibility Criteria
· Experience: 1–4 years of recruitment experience in a Recruitment Consultancy (Mandatory).
· Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR is preferred).
· Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
