Job Responsibilities
* Handle student and customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails.
* Provide information about courses, schedules, fees, and services.
* Coordinate classes, batches, and demo sessions.
* Communicate class schedules and updates to students and trainers.
* Maintain student records, attendance, and follow-up data.
* Resolve student queries and ensure a smooth learning experience.
* Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Experience:* 0–2 years preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
