Position: Preschool Teacher Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Monitor and document children's progress and share feedback with parents.
- Organise classroom materials and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Encourage positive behaviour and build children's confidence.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent interactions.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and management.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Freshers with a passion for teaching young children are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and creative personality.
- Ability to manage a classroom with enthusiasm and professionalism.
