The Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services function is accountable for system administration, Cloud Infrastructure administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, FCR etc. This function is responsible for working with Internal clients across the firm and works closely with other ITS teams.
Work you'll do
As a HIMS Cloud Admin on the Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services team, you will be responsible for:

Support daily operational activities including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, environment monitoring, report analysis, and client support calls.

Assist with implementations, upgrades, and day-to-day operations across demo, sandbox, development, and client-facing production environments.

Patch Linux and Windows servers across in-house datacenters and cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.

Architect and provision Windows and Linux environments in AWS, Azure, and VMware while supporting cloud services standards.

Work across infrastructure and delivery teams to improve services, support project workstream deliverables, and manage stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
-
2.6–4.5 years of experience in a similar role with an enterprise organization

ITIL V3 Foundation certification
-
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Azure Administrator certification
-
Experience administering AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI platforms
-
Experience patching Linux and Windows servers in in-house datacenters and cloud environments

Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, cluster environments, and certificate management
Preferred:

Experience architecting and provisioning Windows and Linux environments in AWS and VMware

Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes

Experience defining data collection thresholds and analyzing operational results

Experience participating in business impact assessments and risk assessments

Experience applying infrastructure architectural principles across functions and working with vendors

Experience working with geographically distributed teams
