As we expand our reach, we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-centric Customer Executives to join our team and help our clients transition to green energy.
Role Overview
As a Customer Executive, you will be the face and voice of Spectra Solar Power. Operating entirely during the day shift, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, guide them through our solar solutions, resolve inquiries, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This is an entry-level position. No prior experience in solar or customer service is required—we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy.
- Lead Qualification: Assist interested clients by understanding their basic energy needs and scheduling consultations between them and our technical experts.
- Account Support: Help existing customers track their installation progress, manage basic documentation, and resolve initial queries.
- Coordination: Work closely with our backend and engineering teams to ensure customer questions are answered promptly.
- Data Management: Keep customer records updated and organized within our database/CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Fresher (0–1 years of experience). Candidates looking to start their career in a growing industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (highly suitable for recent college graduates).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi] with an ability to speak confidently.
- Quick Learner: High learnability with an eagerness to understand solar technology and customer relations.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer tools (G Suite, MS Office, and internet browsing).
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and helpful attitude with a genuine interest in green energy and sustainability.
