About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead – Creative Design with over 5 years of expertise in managing the full design lifecycle, from concept development through final execution. This is a work-from-home position ideal for a strategic creative thinker, an effective team leader, and a skilled communicator capable of transforming ideas into compelling visual narratives that enhance brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end creative design projects in a remote work environment.
- Develop innovative concepts and visual solutions aligned with client and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide the creative team while ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders virtually to define project requirements and expectations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and deliverables.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

- Canva

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and creative project management.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital design work.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
