Job Summary
The Telephonic Operator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing calls efficiently, providing accurate information, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and ensuring prompt and courteous communication to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Route calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort facilities and services.
- Record and relay guest messages promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to address guest requests efficiently.
- Maintain telephone etiquette and ensure timely response to all calls.
- Handle emergency calls and follow established communication procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telephonic Operator, Front Office Associate, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with EPABX/PBX systems and MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
