Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: Freshers & 1–2 Years
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (Mumbai candidates only)
Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and standard business applications.
- Provide support for email, VPN, network connectivity, and user account-related issues.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts and system access as required.
- Perform software installations, updates, and basic system maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors or higher-level support teams for unresolved issues.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up systems and user access.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers with knowledge of Windows OS installation, operating system installation, desktop troubleshooting, and hardware support are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support are also welcome.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL Foundation will be an added advantage.
Note: Candidates with Software Development/Developer profiles are not eligible for this role.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
