About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Frappe / ERPNext Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext applications using the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, ERPNext customization, REST API integrations, and cloud-based deployments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext/Frappe applications and modules.
- Develop custom DocTypes, Reports, Dashboards, Workspaces, Print Formats, and Workflows.
- Build and maintain Server Scripts, Client Scripts, Hooks, Scheduled Jobs, and Custom Apps.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate ERPNext with third-party applications such as CRM, HRMS, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, Finance systems, and Payment Gateways.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform debugging, and provide technical support.
- Develop SQL reports, database scripts, and data migration utilities.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintain version control using Git.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ERPNext/Frappe development.
- Experience with ERPNext Version 15.
- Experience in Manufacturing ERP implementations.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
