Key Responsibilities Paid Media Management
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Other relevant digital platforms
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics.
- Build and scale lead generation campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and audiences.
- Execute A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Create audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Business Suite
- CRM tools
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative, design, and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth targets and marketing plans.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of funnels, attribution models, pixel tracking, and remarketing.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, design, creative agencies, or 3D visualization industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- SEO and organic growth understanding.
- Landing page optimization experience.
- CRM and marketing automation knowledge.
- Basic understanding of creative design principles.
- Ability to manage agencies/freelancers if required.
