- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Procurement Operations: Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) using ERP systems to meet the demands of the production floor.
- Cost Optimization: Conduct market analysis, compare quotes, and prepare comparative statements to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels of critical components to prevent shortages and reduce excess holding costs.
- Quality & Compliance: Resolve shipment delays, quality defects, or invoice discrepancies, and ensure all purchases meet safety and regulatory standards.
