We are looking for Maintenance Incharge for our outlet who need to take care of all kinds of facility.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule shift duties for a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Develop and implement routine PM programs for guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, pools, and back-of-house facilities to prevent equipment downtime.
- Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize and resolve maintenance requests (e.g., faulty air conditioning, leaky pipes, broken fixtures) swiftly and discreetly.
- Budget & Inventory: Manage the maintenance department budget, procure necessary replacement parts, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the property adheres to all local fire, building, and health safety codes. Conduct regular facility safety audits.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with specialized external contractors for major repairs, renovations, or specialized system overhauls.
