Job Summary
Dizi Promotions is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales and be confident in approaching potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, and other lead generation channels.
The primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads for Dizi Promotions' digital marketing services and convert them into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Identify businesses that require Digital Marketing services such as:
SEO
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Social Media Marketing
Website Development
Email Marketing
Branding
Schedule discovery meetings with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present customized digital marketing solutions.
Follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients.
Negotiate pricing and close deals.
Maintain CRM records and update daily sales activities.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong experience in B2B sales and business development.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Knowledge of digital marketing services and online business growth.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
Experience using CRM tools is an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance Incentive
Incentives will be paid on every successful client conversion.
Example Incentive Structure
Deal Value up to ₹25,000 → 5% Incentive
₹25,001 – ₹50,000 → 7% Incentive
Above ₹50,000 → 10% Incentive
OR
₹2,000 incentive for every converted client.
Additional monthly performance bonus on achieving sales targets.
