Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shop floor operations, daily production schedules, and assign tasks to line operators.
- Monitor output quality at regular intervals and record in specified formats.
- Guide workers, track attendance, and handle shift handovers.
- Troubleshoot minor machine errors and coordinate with maintenance for major breakdowns.
- Involve in and ensure on-time dispatch of finished goods (FG) as per plan.
- Enforce safety gear compliance and maintain shop floor cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in conductor manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, basic machine troubleshooting, and shift reporting.
- Work Style: Ready to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices.
- Experience in wire, cable, or conductor manufacturing industries.
- Basic computer skills for daily production reporting (MS Excel/ERP).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
