Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Faculty member to teach Communication Skills, Professional English, and Soft Skills to engineering students. The candidate should be committed to enhancing students' language proficiency, communication abilities, and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English and Communication Skills courses for B.Tech students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Evaluate students through internal assessments, projects, and examinations.
- Conduct spoken English, presentation skills, and personality development sessions.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and departmental documentation.
- Participate in NAAC, NBA, and other accreditation-related activities.
- Assist in departmental events, workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Qualification
- M.A. in English with NET/SET preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching experience in an engineering college is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of Communication Skills and Soft Skills training.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities.

- 0–5 years (Freshers can also apply.)
