Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Lead Generation
- Identify HR Managers, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers and Founders.
- Send LinkedIn connection requests.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Track responses and follow-ups.
Social Media Research
- Research companies through LinkedIn, Facebook and other business platforms.
- Identify hiring companies and decision makers.
- Build prospect databases.
Apollo & Database Building
- Research business contacts using Apollo.
- Create targeted lead lists.
- Maintain lead records in Google Sheets and CRM.
Email Outreach
- Support email campaigns.
- Track responses.
- Maintain prospect follow-up records.
HRPlacers Brand Support
- Share company updates on LinkedIn.
- Assist in HRPlacers social media activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Reporting
- Daily activity report.
- Lead generation tracker updates.
- Weekly progress report.
Skills Required
- Good English communication.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn.
- Basic social media knowledge.
- Comfortable using Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram professionally.
- Google Sheets and MS Excel knowledge.
- Internet research skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
