Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding JEE, NEET, Foundation, and Integrated Programs.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp leads, and digital enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Explain course details, fee structure, scholarships, batches, and admission procedures.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain CRM, enquiry records, daily reports, and admission MIS.
- Coordinate with academic, accounts, and centre teams for smooth admissions.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Ensure excellent parent satisfaction and professional communication throughout the admission process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Admissions, Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Monday (Tuesday week off)
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Additional flexibility required during admission season.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
