Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer records, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of coordinating with customers and internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM software.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and feedback.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for customer support.
- Generate and maintain customer reports and records.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Assist in lead management and customer retention activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Qualification
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA or equivalent)
- MBA / PGDM will be an added advantage.
