Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Consultant to help SMEs and exporters grow their business globally through Alibaba.com. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, consulting them on international trade opportunities, and closing sales for Alibaba.com memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various sources such as referrals, databases, digital platforms, and outbound calling.
- Connect with business owners, exporters, manufacturers, and decision-makers to understand their business needs.
- Present and demonstrate Alibaba.com solutions and membership benefits to prospective clients.
- Consult clients on global trade opportunities and digital export strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide end-to-end sales support.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth client activation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, business development, or digital platform sales.
- Experience in companies such as IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, Alibaba.com, or similar platforms will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in inside sales, field sales, or business consulting.
- Understanding of export-import business and international trade is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
